At Galaxy Nails & Beauty Supplies, we supply a wide range of professional nail, beauty and salon products from leading brands, including CJP Nail Systems, Halo by Pure Nails, Tia's Beauty, Hive, The Edge, Crazy Angel and other manufacturers.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and availability shown on our website are accurate.
Occasionally, errors may occur, or a product may become unavailable after an order has been placed.
If we are unable to supply an item, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund or offer an alternative product where agreed.
We reserve the right to withdraw products from sale or change our product range at any time.
Product Colours & Images
We make every effort to display product colours as accurately as possible.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings, lighting and other factors outside our control.

Prices & VAT
All prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable.
VAT will be shown separately on your invoice where appropriate.
There is no general minimum order value for purchases through our website.
However, our local delivery service requires a minimum order value of £35.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already accepted at an agreed price.
In the event of an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before processing the affected order and offer you the opportunity to proceed at the correct price or receive a refund.
Placing an Order

Delivery & Dispatch
We offer delivery services throughout eligible UK mainland areas, along with local delivery and collection from our Plymouth premises.
UK Mainland Delivery

Free standard delivery on qualifying orders of £75 or more.

Delivery charges for orders below £75 are calculated at checkout.

We normally use DPD Next Day for qualifying deliveries.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed.
Local Delivery
Our local delivery service operates on Tuesdays and Thursdays, subject to availability.

Minimum order value: £35.

Orders from £35 to under £75: £6 delivery charge.

Orders of £75 or more: Free local delivery.

Orders must normally be placed before 10am to qualify for same-day local delivery on an eligible delivery day.
Local delivery is only available within our designated delivery areas.
Click & Collect
Free collection is available from our Plymouth premises.
Orders are normally prepared within approximately four working hours, subject to stock availability and opening hours.
Please wait until you have received confirmation that your order is ready before travelling to collect it.
Please check our website for any unexpected closures or changes to opening hours before visiting.

Delivery Address & Unsuccessful Deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If an order cannot be delivered because incorrect or incomplete information was supplied, additional delivery charges may apply where reasonable.
If a parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate and assist.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights regarding goods lost or damaged before delivery.
Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
