We take pride in supplying quality professional nail, beauty and salon products. However, if something isn't right with your order or you need to arrange a return, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Our 30-Day Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day returns policy on eligible products purchased from Galaxy Nails & Beauty Supplies.

If you change your mind or order an incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your goods.

To qualify for a return under our additional 30-day policy:

• Products must be unused and in their original condition.

• Products must be returned with their original packaging, where applicable.

• Any protective seals must remain intact where required for hygiene or safety.

• You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.

• Items must not have been damaged through improper handling, use or storage.

Returns outside your statutory cancellation rights are subject to these additional conditions.

Your Statutory Right to Cancel an Online Order

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you normally have the legal right to cancel an eligible online order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

Once you notify us of your decision to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

You can notify us by email or another clear statement confirming your decision to cancel.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Unless the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, you will normally be responsible for the direct cost of returning them.

Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will refund the amount required by law, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option where applicable.

Condition of Returned Items

When exercising your statutory cancellation rights, you may inspect products as you reasonably would in a shop.

However, we may reduce your refund where the value of an item has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

For returns under our additional 30-day policy, products must meet the unused and original-condition requirements stated above.

Products That Cannot Be Returned

For health, hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may be exempt from the statutory right to cancel when supplied in sealed packaging and subsequently unsealed, where the legal exemption applies.

This may include qualifying personal care, beauty or hygiene products.
